- Alfred Maxwell Small (James4, Alexander3, George2, James1) was born May 20, 1879 in Jackson, Washington County, New York. He was the son of James Small and Sarah Martha Edie. Alfred died January 12, 1931 in Cambridge, Washington County, New York.
Alfred married Margaret Arnott Oviatt November 10, 1908 in Cambridge, Washington County, New York. Margaret was the daughter of Thomas D. Oviatt and Isabelle Arnott. She was born April 13, 1883 in Cambridge, Washington County, New York and died June 6, 1977 in Cambridge, Washington County, New York.

Alfred M. Small
Alfred M. Small died early Monday at his home on Grove Street in Cambridge after a long illness. He was the son of the late James Small and Sarah Edie Small, and was born in the Town of Jackson on May 8th, 1879. He resided on the home farm until about four years ago when he moved with his family to Cambridge. He was Past Master of Salem Lodge, F. & M., and Past Patron of Ondawa Chapter, O. E. S. , and a member of the Presbyterian Church.
Besides his wife, who was formerly Miss Margaret Oviatt, he is survived by two sons, Marshall J. and Donald T. Small; his mother, Mrs. Sarah M. Small, and one sister, Miss Harriet E. Small, both of Troy.
Funeral services were held from his late residence Wednesday afternoon at 2 o’clock, Rev. Harold C. Harmon officiating. The interment was at Evergreen Cemetery, Salem.

- Donald Thomas Small, born October 31, 1920 in Cambridge, Washington County, New York; died October 12, 2013 in Glens Falls, Warren County, New York. He was married twice.
